This shake is the guilt-free version part of their Leftovers Challenge, a three-day post-holiday detox happening Monday, November 27 – Wednesday, November 29.

Serves:
2 very happy people

Ingredients
¼ cup pumpkin puree 
2 tbsp coconut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 thumb sized nub of fresh ginger, peeled (you can use ground ginger, if you’d like)
1 tsp cinnamon 
1.5 cups nut milk of choice

Make it!
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
